About the Artist
Based in Seattle, Washington, Danny Seidman’s
landscape and cityscape photography has grown from the photographer’s love of
nature and the Pacific Northwest. Through his work, Seidman captures the world
uniquely and skillfully: “My goal is to take a scene that I have never seen
before, capture it at its best, and show the world.”
A self-taught
artist, Seidman’s photographs are rare and distinctive because of his fresh
outlook on the relationships between color and light, nature and urban, and
perspective and framing.
He draws inspiration from the places he visits:
Mount Rainier, the Columbia River Gorge, the Cascade Mountains, and Seattle’s
Kerry Park are just a few. He also has plans to expand his portfolio in the
coming year by capturing the rugged beauty of the American
Southwest.
Additionally, his breathtaking cityscapes of Seattle have
drawn appreciation from around the world. Seidman explains, “I just want to make
the city look as best as I can; I hope I have done it justice.”
He would like for his photographs to show viewers the
beauty they can find in nature.
